How would you describe your style?

My photography style is mainly based on telling the story of your day, capturing emotions, details big and small, and all the happy moments. I like to use some creative elements, dramatic lighting, rich color and the occasional black and white edit. I can be considered a little bit of a fly on the wall, but when it comes to family photo time, I won’t hesitate to tell your uncle to put down his beer and get over here! I like to let things unfold naturally, but I will give direction when needed. I love people watching and study body language in my free time. I am sensitive to people who tend to feel comfortable in front of the camera and will make any situation feel natural.

How long do you keep my images?

I typically store images for one year after the event, but they are not guaranteed past delivery. I urge all clients to order or make multiple copies of their images, as well as print them for safekeeping. Weddings are so important, hard drives corrupt, they go missing, and accidents happen.

How far in advance should I book my wedding?

At least a year in advance is common to have your best selection and availability of vendors. I also do take on some last minute elopements, as well as cover for other photographers during illness, so don’t hesitate to reach out!

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I require 1/3 of the package as a retainer to get your wedding in my books. The remainder can be paid as you wish, with the balance due two weeks before the wedding.

Expected turn around time?

I complete most weddings in three weeks. I have NEVER made clients wait months for their wedding images. I don’t like to have a backlog, and after 20 years of editing images using Adobe programs, I am pretty fast!
