Meet the Artist

Hi, I’m Jenn

For the last 15 years, I’ve made a career professionally documenting hundreds of love stories across New York.

From quiet moments of anticipation, lingering glances, sacred vows, to wild dance floors and whispered goodbyes, my approach is always the same: Cinematic. Emotional. Honest.

Art has always been a big part of my life. Voted most artistic by my peers in high school, then going on to earn a degree in graphic design, creativity is part of who i am. Photography is so much more than a career, it’s a passion.

When I’m not photographing happy couples, I can be found at alternative and metal concerts, and on rare occasions, in the mosh pit. A few bands I’ve seen recently – Born of Osiris, The Browning, Nerv, VCTMS, Archers!

I also enjoy paddleboarding with my Shetland sheepdog Tazo (like the tea) in the warmer summer months.

My passion for art led me to stumble upon a super cool hobby, Asian Ball Jointed Dolls. They’re fully jointed dolls made of resin by various artist. I have been commissioned to paint their faces for collectors from all over the world, including Australia, UK & Japan! I have had the wonderful opportunity to travel to Oregon, Toronto, and NYC to attend conventions, take exclusive classes and meet my friends and fans!

BJD are collected for many reasons, as art sculptures, to help authors visualize a character, and also for photography purposes. I have enjoyed pushing my creativity in many areas including use of light, storytelling and photo editing skills. It’s a hobby that scales many different media and brings together people from all over.
